Easy Setup & Controls

The Sound Barrier MGX6U USB Mixer features a 3.5mm and dual RCA stereo inputs, along with 4 mono channels that incorporate combi (XLR 1/4″) connectors, providing extensive input options. The mixer can be powered through the included power supply, a PC, or a power bank, offering versatile power options for different setups. The mixer supports stereo recording and playback via the integrated Digital Media Player, compatible with both PCs and USB flash drives, ensuring seamless audio management. With individual +48V phantom power selectable for all 4 combi (XLR 1/4″) inputs, you can easily power your pair of JS-22s. The mixer also has several options for effects, including reverb and delay. Simply plug in your microphones, adjust the 3-band EQ, volume, and effects to taste, and choose any combination of the 1/4″ jack outputs or your USB to hear your drums in real time.

The JTS JS-22 Small Diaphragm Condenser Microphone features a 1/2” golden plated diaphragm that is manually assembled by JTS craftsman. The precise designed circuit with low cut and pad feature provides flat response. This microphone faithfully captures the entire drum kit when used as an overhead. The included pair of microphones come with the necessary clips and will require +48v Phantom Power from the MGX6U mixer.

The JTS NX-2 Super-Cardioid Dynamic Microphone provides excellent output and low-end punch on a kick drum with its specially designed 20–12,000 Hz frequency response. Its accurate pick-up pattern ensures isolation from the rest of the drum kit. This dynamic kick microphone WILL NOT require any +48v phantom power from your mixer.
