BSP1000 Overview

The Bluesound Professional BSP1000 is a robust, network-active loudspeaker with integrated streaming capabilities, specifically engineered for both indoor and outdoor commercial environments. Powered via Power over Ethernet (PoE+ and PoE++), it requires only a single wired connection for both power and audio, simplifying installation and reducing cable clutter. Built on the reliable BluOS platform, the BSP1000 can stream content from local network storage and a wide array of streaming services tailored for commercial use, including SoundMachine, Custom Channels, QSIC, SiriusXM Music for Business, Tunify, and various internet radio stations.

Equipped with a 6.5” low-frequency driver and a 1” high-frequency driver, powered by a high-efficiency amplifier with a low-power standby mode, the BSP1000 delivers a frequency response of 45Hz–23kHz and a total harmonic distortion plus noise (THD+N) of 0.095% at full rated power. High-efficiency electronics and drive units provide a maximum sound pressure level (SPL) of 100dB when using PoE++. The LF driver is port-loaded with a provided port plug for outdoor use, and an IP65 rating ensures suitability for various installation environments.
